Permission to Take Earlier Leave

My name is Nur Qamarina binti Ghazali. On behalf of my friends, I would like to request for permission to take 10 days earlier leave.

2.  For your information, I am student of 3 Rancangan Khas. My friends and I want to go for a holiday at Doha, Qatar. We are planning to go there after PMR.

3.  On 14 November until 18 November 2011 is a school day but due to this reasons, we are unable to attend to the school.

4.  The details of the vacation are as follows:-

     Date: 14 November 2011 – 20 November 2011.

     Place: Doha, Qatar.

5.  In addition, usually after PMR the teachers will not teach us because we have many activities to do. So we will not be lag from the studies.
